organizations, person, culture values, beliefs and norms




Every person in an organization, especially the cadres and core forces, should be the inheritor and preacher of the organization’s cultural value, not only accept the cultural value, but also lead everyone around to accept, understand and practice it. 

An organization core culture shall be reflected in regulations, notification announcement, performance salary and employee evaluation, and shall be melted into every hierarchy and every corner of the organization, from concept to practice, from skin to blood.
